This time around the local Honda dealers wanted to continue the "split screen" theme from their earlier campaign (you can check that out here). Except this time they wanted a television commercial to focus on usedCertified Pre-Owned vehicles.
All of the North Alabama Honda dealers have nice service facilities and do excellent work. But let's face it, virtually no real working garage will look that great on camera. So we found a high-bay location that was bright, clean, and had big glass garage doors that allowed us to simulate an automotive service area. Just a lot cleaner. And without the sound of pneumatic wrenches.
We were happy to see Tim Ross and Karen Boles reprise their roles as our Honda "spokesmodels." Phil Schmidt wrote and produced the commercial with Todd Terry directing and Joey Skelton editing.
